The Moving Experience & How We Help You

We understand how the moving experience can be a scary one, but also one of the most important decisions in every family's life is where they are going to make their memories. After your move, our company is still there for you! Our on-line tenant account allows our clients to pay on-line, track payments, report maintenance problems, upload photos, and access to view your account balance, all just a click away.

Simply call us or Click Here to Apply On-Line and we will get right back to you with a list of available properties, so you may make an informed decision on your future home.

Tenants can move in on the first date in their lease, stated to be the move–in date on the lease. Prior to moving in you will sign a lease agreement with your agent.

Following that your agent will meet you at your new home to conduct a walk through inspection on the condition of the property in which a Move–in / Move–out Property Condition Checklist will be filled out.

This is conducted upon move in to note any property issues and/or maintenance problems, so that they may be properly addressed and noted. We also suggest Tenants take pictures for their records.

The same form will be used at move–out to note any damage that isn’t considered “normal wear and tear.” This process helps to protect all parties involved.

Please Note: All utilities are scheduled to be turned off upon the move-in date except where stated in the lease. To avoid interruption please contact the utility companies at least 3 business days prior to move in date.

Internet/ Cable: Installation should be scheduled to be installed on or after the move-in date. Pre-move-in date installation may be scheduled on a case by case basis. Please contact your agent for availability.
